Senior Recruitment Consultant 

Our Recruitment Consultants work at the heart of the Risk, Compliance and Technology markets, and over the last 10 years have grown from a small group of recruiters forging an authentic and transparent way of working, to a grown consultancy that pioneers a broad range of innovative people solutions across the employee experience.

We're in a strong position to advise both clients, and candidates about their specific needs and help them make informed choices. We offer a range of solutions: Contingency Searches, Retained Assignments, Interim and Contract Services, Team Hires, as well as Market Mapping & Competitor Insight.

 

Do you have 3 + years' experience in a Recruitment / Senior Recruitment consultant role?

Are you looking for a role where you can motivate, support, and develop other team members?

Are you brilliant at developing human connections with candidates, clients and colleagues?

Are you someone who likes to work people out? (We don't want people to just match candidates with job specs, we wan't someone who will understand their clients needs and what a candidate is looking for, so they can place people in roles that will ultimately change their lives!)

This is a role where you'll be able to be proactive, and have an impact on the overall growth of the company.

You'll be someone who can manage and move deals through your pipeline in order to achieve financial targets.

 

Depending on your level of experience, the salary for this role will range between £30,000 - £35,000.
